THE ORDERING PROCESS

Orders received by Saturday morning (0:00 AM CET) will generally be dispatched the following Tuesday.

For the nearest European destinations, we use Mondial Relay, either with home delivery or delivery in a relay point, depending on the options available for your country.

The shipping price is discounted based on the ordered amount and free delivery may be offered above a given order amount, depending on the destination country.

Currently, we cannot accept orders over 1000 euros (incl. shipping), for shipments outside the EU.

For the nearest destinations, the shipping costs are as follows:

BELGIUM - LUXEMBOURG : €2.00 / free delivery from €30.00
FRANCE : €3.00 / free delivery from €40.00
NETHERLANDS: €3.00 / free delivery from €60.00
SPAIN : €6.00 / free delivery from €90.00

For destinations that are not listed above, the shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before the validation of your order.
