This washed Bourbon has high acidity and sweetness, and a subtle aromatic profile, with spicy (coriander seeds) and fruity notes: citrus, pineapple and mango.

Marco Echeverry comes from a family of coffee producers, established for several generations. Marco has been trained in recent coffee processing techniques. The production of this coffee was carried out with great attention to detail: coffee trees pruned to facilitate harvesting, trained pickers to select the coffee cherries on the basis of very precise colors, initial dry anaerobic fermentation of 24 hours after pulping, 3 stages washing, then controlled drying for about 18 days.
