Panama - Hacienda La Esmeralda - Trapiche 2 AFB washed Geisha

Trapiche 2 AFB was harvested on December 23rd, 2025 from the Trapiche lot located in Hacienda La Esmeralda’s Cañas Verdes farm. After harvest, the coffee cherries were fermented for 4 days in a
stainless steel anaerobic tank in our cold fermentation room. Then, this microlot coffee was slow dried on raised beds for 10 days. Trapiche 2 AFB has notes of jasmine, orange blossom, honey and mandarin.
