Ecuador - Putushio - Washed Typica Mejorado - 250g
Fincas Del Putushio is a collaboration between José Jijón, his father Pepe Jijón, and Francisco Vintimilla. This lot was produced at Finca San Pedro, at high altitudes in the Loja region of Ecuador. The coffee is processed using the traditional washed method, which involves picking and depulping the coffee on the same day, washing it in fresh spring water, and then slow-drying it on covered raised beds for thirty days.
This coffee stands out for its clean, elegant aroma profile, with a high acidity, delicate aromatic notes reminiscent of vanilla, white tea and apple blossom, great sweetness, a thin but creamy body and a long finish.
We've opted for a very light roast to offer you airy beverages, both in filter method and espresso. Despite its high density, this coffee easily reveals its exquisite character, without the need for intensive extraction.
