Ethiopia Mundayo - Natural - 250g
Like our last natural coffee from Ethiopia (Arbegona), Mundayo Natural is a very intense and complex, floral and fruity coffee, which produces vibrant and expressive cups, with sweet, vanilla and musky floral notes, red fruit (raspberry), moderate acidity, and aromas of cherry liqueur in the cup as it cools.
In espresso, Mundayo Nature also offers a syrupy texture.

About 750 local farmers supply the washing station. Their farms are located at high altitudes, starting at 1,900 meters above sea level. The farms are planted with a mix of JARC (Jimma Agricultural Research Centre) varieties and landraces that are adapted to the conditions. unique to the region.
As the farms are small, most of the work is done in families. Farmers selectively hand-pick ripe red cherries and deliver them to AASH's washing station.
At the station, the cherries are visually hand sorted to remove defects and put out to dry on raised beds. The cherries are raked frequently to ensure even drying, which lasts between 20 and 25 days.
